My Ford has a very similar TPS sensor with a slotted mount and when it was out of adjustment I was having some obvious problems. I'm expecting a procedure using a multimeter to find the "zero" point but I don't know the pinouts or how to identify the closed position. When doing this, it is important that the TPS should be removed to prevent contamination (a primary cause for failure) and the throttle body-to-plenum gasket replaced. We strongly recommend cleaning your throttle body thoroughly before attempting any adjustment.
